raw onions
Wondering....
Does anyone really like raw onions? It seem like I used to tolerate them, but I can't anymore. I picked some off a salad last week and just the smell of them in the trash haunted me for the rest of the day.

Yes. My husband does.
We don't eat anything that doesn't contain *cooked* onions and garlic, but I have to pass on the raw ones. I, too, will pick every one off a salad. I just can't tolerate them.
The Hubby, on the other hand, *LOVES* them raw.
I like raw red, Vidala and Maui. I'm weird, though...
I like raw onions - especially red or vidalia on a salad.
However, I don't eat onion and mustard sandwiches like my grandfather used to! :-)
